Project Re-brand
ClientWorkstation
Effective brands require the client and designer to have the vision and to be bold, especially when rebranding can come up against so many obstacles to success.
For Workstation it was crucial to let its personality shine through and create a truer representation of the services it provides. As the recruitment industry is often perceived as cutthroat, it was essential that the brand communicated Workstation’s integrity and fresh, honest approach.
Through a series of “unlocking” research initiatives, SPY identified the core principle that underpins Workstation’s business ethics - the idea of “nurturing creative potential”. Coupled with the Brandtoolkit, consisting of a drawn marque, colour palette, typeface and bespoke imagestyle, this idea breathed life into the brand. The new identity provides fantastic flexibility and stretch across various touchpoints to ensure Workstation cuts through the competition. It is already seeing the results.
“Throughout the whole rebranding process, from analysing our brand requirements, to concepts and final deliverables, Spy was a great pleasure to deal with - professional, responsive and creative… the brand has gone down a storm with our own people and we have had plenty of admiring comments, including some from competitors!” Steve Gibson, Managing Director.
